While the brand L’edito is known for our magnificent restaurants and high-end cuisine, we are now busy taking on a new endeavor as an upscale catering business serving the Miami area under the name L’edito du Chef. Intending to include inspired French cultural food as an option for Floridians, we hope to uplift events with our culinary experience and creativity with this new expansion into the catering space.
Our Experience Catering for FENDI CASA during Art Basel Miami 2022
In the winter of 2022, we had the honor of catering for FENDI CASA during Art Basel Miami 2022. The differences between operating a restaurant and catering were not lost on us, but we embraced the challenge of developing our new business. A gorgeous venue space needed a similarly beautiful spread of hors d’oeuvres and dishes, and as a powerhouse of fine cuisine, we were able to deliver.
Exclusive events are always exciting, and catering for an Art Basel event was no different. We consider cuisine to be a form of art, so there was no better place for us to show off our culinary talent than this display of creativity. Flexibility is a must for these events, so we coordinated with FENDI CASA to ensure that the menu reflected their vision for the event and made necessary changes along the way.
FENDI CASA has absolutely unmatched style and poise, and we rose to the occasion to deliver food that reflected the high caliber quality of their luxury and prestigious brand. Our team of dedicated chefs and catering staff worked hard to make sure every plate was uniform, delicious, and extravagant. We are proud and grateful for the opportunity to cater for FENDI CASA at Art Basel Miami, and we look forward to future collaborations with Miami-area businesses and private events.
