He began a new adventure in Miami 10 years ago , with a dream to introduce French cuisine , famous for rich tastes and subtle nuances , to southern Florida .
He owned " L'edito restaurant " located in Miami Beach , for 5 years , and still own " The Oasis restaurant by L'edito " in the area of Sunny isles Beach .
